Join us for a fun and relaxing workshop learning to use the Aerial Yoga Silks! Aerial Yoga improves digestion, circulation and immune systems in the body, as well as reducing anxiety and relieving pain in the spine and neck. Practice will include basic poses with the Silks as well as some fun inversions. Class will be geared to learning poses, all levels will be accommodated. Practice will end resting in the silks with a long Yoga Nidra. You will leave feeling refreshed and rejuvenated! Space is limited, register early! Cost $25
