If you are staying on top of fitness trends, you know Ballet Barre workouts are very popular. Drawing on the principles of ballet, yoga, pilates and orthopedic exercises, the barre workout focuses on those troubled areas: hips, thighs, seat, and abs. These muscle groups are strengthened through slow, sustained movements, and are then intensely stretched to avoid bulk. As an hour long class, this workout has been designed with a strong emphasis on posture, core building and strength and overall health of the back. This class does NOT require dance experience.

Barre Basics For the first time or Beginning Level Barre student. Students will be given modifications for our more intense exercises. Class will emphasize stretching exercises and clients will work at a slower pace. Light cardio and lighter weights are used. Light weights are used during upper body work and final part of the class will include barre and core work.
Barre Intermediate Barre Intermediate will have an increase of cardio and higher repetitions. Heavier weights are encouraged. Cardio intervals are added to increase cardiovascular health and calorie burn. Final part of the class will include barre and core work.
Barre Burn This is a Advanced level class. Barre students will move at a fast pace throughout the entire workout. Expect high intensity cardio intervals and higher reps during this Barre exercise. Upper body and abdominal exercises are also included. Final part of the class to include barre and core work.
Hot Barre The same class as our Barre Intermediate description but room is heated to 90 degrees. Additional stretching and yoga exercises are added into this workout
Core Barre The same class as our Barre Burn description, but entire class is done without use of the barre. All mat work. Extra balance exercises are included in the workout, so clients can focus on core strength.
Pilates Yoga Sculpt
This class is the perfect blend of Pilates and Yoga. Body weight will support strength exercises and light intensity cardio bursts will intertwine for a maximum calorie burning effect. Resistance bands add a new challenge to traditional yoga classes. Challenging core exercises will be included also.
This higher intensity workout will include weight and cardio exercises. Each class will focus on different muscle groups in order to achieve real results and to prevent injuries. Expect to tone muscle and fat loss with this interval training class.
