If you are staying on top of fitness trends, you know Ballet Barre workouts are very popular. Drawing on the principles of ballet, yoga, pilates and orthopedic exercises, the barre workout focuses on those troubled areas: hips, thighs, seat, and abs. These muscle groups are strengthened through slow, sustained movements, and are then intensely stretched to avoid bulk. As an hour long class, this workout has been designed with a strong emphasis on posture, core building and strength and overall health of the back. This class does NOT require dance experience.

For our first time or Beginning Level Barre student. Students will be given modifications for our more intense exercises. Class will emphasize stretching exercises.
For any Barre student interested in a workout incorporating not only ballet barre technique, but also yoga and Pilates variations. Intermediate barre will also include light cardio and weight training.
This is our Advanced level class. Barre students will move at a fast pace through the entire workout. Expect high intensity cardio intervals and higher reps during this Barre exercise. Upper body and abdominal exercises are also included.
Designed for students who have mastered our Barre Burn class and are looking to push themselves even further. Most Bootcamp classes will be 90 minutes. Class will include multiple cardio intervals, higher Barre reps, longer upper body and abdominals exercises and a final intense stretch. This is not for new students unless approved by instructor.
