5 Week Beginners Series
Sundays 8:30a-9:30am Dates: 1/20, 1/27, 2/3, 2/10, 2/17 Cost: $65
Our Beginners Series is for those brand new to yoga and looking for a smaller class size for more detailed instruction and personal feedback. We will break down the individual physical postures of the practice as well as linking them together to practice a sequence. Breathing practices and meditation techniques will also be introduced. Using guided self awareness, students will work to find proper alignment for their unique body. Yoga props such as blocks will be introduced and utilized to further support you. Welcome yoga into your life as part of your self care practice, and learn to create your own mind, body and breath connection.
The room will be kept at a comfortable temperature. Class size is limited to 10 students. Pre-registration is necessary to reserve your space. No previous yoga experience necessary. Questions are welcome and encouraged.
