Our Beyond Beginners Series is for students who have completed a Beginners Workshop and/or have some yoga experience and are looking to deepen their practice. This workshop will include additional postures, sequences, and transitions. We’ll continue to refine the foundational poses and add from there, at a comfortable pace and with plenty of time for questions. Breathing practices and meditation techniques will be included in each session. You will grow more comfortable in your practice and deepen the connection to your breath. We’ll also learn how to utilize props to support your practice.
The room will be kept at a comfortable temperature. Class size is limited to 10 students. Pre-registration and payment is requested to reserve your space. Questions are welcome and encouraged.
