CARDIO KICKBOXING W/MELANIE

Cardio Kickboxing is a high-impact workout that utilizes traditional punching and kicking movements used in martial arts, combined with conditioning for a calorie blasting and fun workout. This class will be NO CONTACT. Class will be taught by Melanie Moss, ERYT-200. She holds a 2nd degree black belt (dan) in Taekwondo, 4th kyu in Aikido, and has also trained in Judo. She has been teaching yoga for 7 years at Prana, and has been studying different martial arts off and on since 1998, but has been focused mainly on Taekwondo the past six years.  This will be a small group instruction with preregistration required. This class will fill so register early.
