July 4th:Chad & Angela will be doing an Outdoor BootCamp at 8:00 am. Please preregister. We will also have one Online Class. All other classes will be canceled that day.


Class Registration: Please remember to register for our in studio classes at least 30 minutes prior to start time. If you are unable to register yourself, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will take care of that for you. 


Classes Back on the Schedule:We have added back 2 classes this month. For those of you who have been requesting an earlier class than our 9:30 weekdays, but aren't quite up for Mel's 6:00 am. Brittney will be teaching a Morning Slow Flow on Wednesday at 8:15 am. This class starts this week July 1st. 


Gillian will also be back with her Yoga Boost class on Sundays at 4:00pm. Please bring your 2-3lb weights for this class. This class starts July 12th. 


Summer Pass Special:Our Summer Pass Special will be available the first week of July. We have 2 passes available. Our 30 day Unlimited Pass will be available for $119. Our 60 day Unlimited Pass will be available for $225.00. Passes will be available for purchase July 1st- 8th. Current passes will be frozen. One pass per person. Non-transferable . This pass can not be shared.
