Part of Vinyasa practice includes "Flow," 4 poses linked together that are often repeated frequently in class: Plank, Chaturanga, Up Dog, and Down Dog. In this workshop, we'll fine tune these poses and similar poses you can use to "flow." We'll learn proper alignment, how to build strength, how to modify to stay safe, and most importantly, how to enjoy these poses in your practice. Bring your questions!
