Kundalini yoga is the “ yoga of awareness “. It is a powerful tool designed to give an experience of your soul. This practice combines mantras,
mudras, breath, body locks and postures to balance the
glandular system. It also strengthens the nervous system and
expands lung capacity. The practice brings balance to the body,
mind and soul.

Each class contains a Kriya (series of movements), asana exercises,
pranayama breath work and meditation.
