Unfortunately the moment we are in tends to become an afterthought. My chatter is like a reel that just keeps playing the same thoughts over and over. A meditation practice will help us to become more focused on the NOW. The moment that matters . This moment.
This workshop is for anyone who is looking to
bring meditation into their life. We will learn several basic
meditation practices and have plenty of time for questions!
