Mudras for Healing and Happiness

Mudras are gestures of the hands, face and body that promote physical health, psychological balance and spiritual awakening. This workshop will focus on several of the more common hand mudras. Through breath work, meditation and postures, we will explore how they can be used to awaken energy within us and connect to different areas in your body. 

Explore ways that mudras can be used both on your yoga mat and incorporated into your daily life.
