Yoga Boost Sundays ( starting August 11th) 4:00 pm
Challenge your body to empower your mind. Yoga Boost class explores sequences that are fluid, vigorous and energizing. The practice focuses on building strength, flexibility, balance, and presence while emphasizing breath with movement. The class incorporates poses and flows, breath awareness, occasional use of hand weights, mudras, essential oils, community and more. You’ll leave class feeling inspired and ready to take on challenges “off the mat” with a smile.
Some yoga experience is helpful prior to joining this class.
