All Levels Burn & Tone

(Starts March 5th)

This 60 minute fusion class will combine all the physical and mental benefits of yoga with bursts of higher intensity training and cardio. Come prepared to get your heart rate up as you strengthen and tone in between Vinyasa yoga flows. We will use different combinations of standing postures, free weights, bands, and body weight exercises to increase strength, power, and endurance.
