Joyce Barchet, Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) and Group Exercise Instructor (GEI), began her career in fitness in 1995. She has been teaching Yoga since 2011 and joined the Prana Yoga and Dance family in 2012. Joyce enjoys teaching various styles of yoga to a wide range of age groups, including children, teens and seniors.
"Yoga is for everyone. If you can breathe, you can practice yoga. It's why I love to teach (and practice) a variety of styles. It doesn't matter where you are in life, Yoga has something to offer. Whether you are practicing a really challenging flow in Hot Yoga class or reclined back and centering in Restorative Yoga. -- If you are breathing you are connecting to the present and to mindfulness and to your deepest, truest self.
