As your baby grows, so do you—physically and mentally. This four-week series will help stretch and strengthen important muscles, increase stamina, develop useful breathing techniques, relieve stress, promote restful sleep, and give you a place to meet other expecting moms. Modifications and props will be offered for maximum support. 
Must pre-register.

Prenatal yoga can help prepare you physically and mentally for the challenges of pregnancy, labor and motherhood.  It can help you feel more fit, relaxed, comfortable, and centered.  Yoga improves strength and flexibility and reduces stress, and can help with common aches and pains felt by expecting mothers, such as sciatica and lower back pain.

Prana welcomes expecting moms at any stage of pregnancy.  No yoga experience necessary.  We'll practice yoga postures, breathing techniques and meditation.  You'll also have the opportunity to connect with other moms in various stages of their pregnancies.  Class will end with an extended savasana (pose of deep relaxation).  Assists offered.
