Come fill up your cup and treat yourself to the benefits of Thai medicine. Kaley will begin by guiding you through a 32-body part meditation to allow for you to tune into the messages your body is sending you, followed by the practice of a particular breathing technique and postures that evoke and channel energy, which will momentarily be stored throughout the sen system.
Leusii Datton (Ruesri Dat Ton), traditional Thai yoga, is a solo yoga practice designed to be performed as a form of self-care. Thai medicine, as whole, is based on the sen energy system with the objective of reestablishing the function of the body’s systems by rebalancing the flow of energy in the sen. This Thai yoga practice is capable of curing and preventing numerous ailments by emphasizing the body’s self-healing process. Allow yourself to re-set and fill up before the season of giving begins!
