We understand some of you may not be able to come back right away, so we have decided to continue to provide our online classes on the schedule . Each week we will have a previously recorded class or a recorded live class. Your pass will allow you to take this online class or a drop in of $15 will be available. We are so happy to know that you have enjoyed our online classes and are grateful for the support and your determination to continue to practice or workout during these challenging times. We will continue to offer online, in studio, outdoor, private & semi private instruction to meet the needs of all of our customers.
Please note that the policies and procedures that we are putting into place listed below, are based on the requirements set by the State of Ohio. It is our commitment to always provide a healthy environment.
Schedule:We will have a reduced schedule to start with. We feel this is the best way to move back into the studio. We will continue to add classes back as the need grows. We look forward to having our 60+ classes back on the schedule as soon as possible. Our current schedule will be updated on Friday 5/29 for the month of June.
Room Capacity:Each of our 3 rooms will have a reduced class size in order to follow the required 6 ft social distance.
Registration:All registration must be done online. If for any reason you are unable to register for a class, you can contact : Kathleen 216-346-1246, Angela 440-570-7403, Deb 440-856-3402 We will be happy to register you for the class you wish to take. You will have up to 6 hours prior to the class to cancel your registration. If you do not cancel before the required time, a credit will be taken. This is simply to allow those who want to be able to fill the canceled spot, the availability.
Payments: Payments must be done online. In order to register for a class, you must have purchased a pass or a drop-in credit. If you do not have access to making purchases online, prior to your registration please make arrangements with Kathleen.
Passes: We will continue to offer our 6,12, 20 pass selection, as well as our Barre Only pass. We will not have the unlimited available, however we will be offering it again as soon as we can. If you currently have an unlimited it will be reactivated for your return. We look forward to offering a Summer Special soon.
Class Protocol: We are fortunate that each of our 3 rooms has an entry door from the outside and its own bathroom. So there will not be any customer congestion on entering and exiting. Depending on what class you are attending please park in that area. If you are attending a class in the back yoga room please park in that area. Please wait in your car until the instructor opens the door. The door will not be opened until 10 minutes before class. Once the door is open you can enter. You will notice each floor has a taped area. This will be for you to place the corner of your mat to. This will ensure the 6 feet spacing. When class is over you will once again exit out the door, after the instructor opens it. * Please note once class begins and door is closed we are unable to accommodate late arrivals. Please arrive within the 10 minute time frame to avoid missing class*
Yoga Mats & Props: Due to State guidelines we will not have mats available for use. Please bring your own. We do have have mats for sale. If you need any assistance on buying a mat online please don’t hesitate to ask one of us. Blankets, Blocks, Straps, Balls, Weights and any other props will not be available. If you use any of these please bring your own.
Masks: Our instructors will be wearing masks. We ask that you please wear a mask into the building. You may remove once we begin class.
Cleaning Protocol:We will continue to follow the same cleaning and disinfecting steps we took before we closed. There will be hand sanitizer in all of the rooms and each of the 3 bathrooms. Please bring your own mat cleaner to avoid contact.
How your feeling: There are times when we are slightly not feeling well, we will pick ourselves up and head to class. I have heard many students say, “ I almost didn’t come because I wasn’t feeling well, but now I feel great!” Unfortunately we absolutely must be extremely cautious in today’s times. If you are not feeling well, please stay home. It is our own individual responsibility to ensure the safety of yourselves and those around us. Our instructors will be conducting their own wellness assessment daily and we ask that you also do the same.
Finally, we would like you all to know how much we appreciate each and everyone of you. We have been open for over 16 years. We love what we do and feel blessed to share such an amazing journey with each of you. The last 2 months have been challenging for all of us. We are confident that this too shall pass. Though our studio may not look the same, please know that the intention behind it, will never change. That intention is to provide a space for healing, well being, self care, laughter, joy and peace.
