ROLL FOR RECOVERY & REJUVENATION
This Roll for Recovery & Rejuvenation workshop is a 4 week series that meets from 11/10, 11/17, 12/8 and 12/15- 2:00-3:30. Sign up for the full series or drop in on the weeks your schedule allows.
In this workshop, you will learn easy and effective self-massage techniques using Yoga Therapy Tune-Up balls. We will address each major area of the body and teach you how to decrease tension and pain, improve breath capacity, enhance performance, & prevent injuries. Use this workshop to recover from your favorite sport or just the physical demands of daily life.
Each week we will spend time rolling out parts of the upper body, the lower body, and the torso (chest, abdomen, and back). By the end of the 4th week, we will have covered every major muscle and many other connective tissues. Yoga teachers will can receive CEU's from this series.
Roll Model® Method therapy balls will be available for you to borrow. Balls will also be available for sale if you’d like your own.
Week 1: Lower Body
Week 2: Upper Body
Week 3: Core (torso, abdomen, back)
Week 4: Yoga Tune-Up: Yoga for Mobility and Performance
